Brewing Sugar
Sugar is one type of adjunct used in the fremation of beer to
create alcohol and to create carbonation when bottling. Corn sugar
is the most common sugar used for this process. Corn sugar is almost
completely fermentable leaving virtually no residual sweetness in
the beer.
